Yes, you’re correct! Occasionally the form of the word and the definition is a bit off.

Pedrophilia would be the tendency towards or abnormal liking of Pedro.

Pedrophile would be the person with that tendency.

I was tempted to revise/correct the post, but then the comments will not make sense — I’ll leave the original post intact.

I found stone tool fossils in Mexico. I think they are of the Pedrolithic period.
